Resy OS is a reservation platform where the waitlist is one module. At the host stand, you can add walk-ins to the waitlist and, if you choose, let guests join online. Guests are texted as they join, again if the quoted wait changes, and once more when the table is ready. The table is held for 10 minutes. The quoted wait is whatever the host enters. Guests can reply 1 to confirm or 9 to cancel, and staff can text any guest from the guest profile.

Reservations, table management and guest profiles sit alongside the waitlist, so the same screen that seats a Friday walk-in also shows the booked tables. Resy states it connects with POS systems such as Toast and Square so reservation data and guest spending line up with service.
