TablesReady, one of the apps compared here, owns this site. How we make money

Add or correct an app

Email listings@restaurantwaitlistsoftware.com to suggest a restaurant waitlist app or to fix a fact on an app's page. Tell us the product's name and website, link its pricing page, and back every correction with a source.

What to send

Put these four things in your email:

  1. Product name, as it appears on the vendor’s website.
  2. Website: the product’s home page.
  3. Pricing page URL: the vendor’s own page with prices, or the page that asks you to book a demo if no prices are published.
  4. A source for every fix: a link to the vendor page that shows the right fact. For a price or a free plan, that source has to be the vendor’s pricing page.

Anyone can write in: the company that makes an app, a restaurant team that uses one, or anyone who spots a mistake.

What gets listed

An app is added when it offers a waitlist a restaurant can use and its pricing can be read and checked, or its vendor’s site confirms that no prices are published. Being listed is free, and it doesn’t come with promotion: every listed app other than the site owner’s takes its A-to-Z place. How we compare has the full rules.

What can’t be used

  • Prices from resellers, review sites, sales quotes or help-center articles. Only the vendor’s pricing page counts.
  • Star ratings or review scores from other sites.
  • Marketing claims such as customer counts, awards or “number one” rankings.

What happens next

Each submission is checked against the vendor’s own pages under the same rules as the apps already listed. If a correction can’t be confirmed from the source you send, the page stays as it is until it can.

Waiting for a table?

This site doesn’t run any restaurant’s waitlist or take bookings, so it can’t see or change your spot. If you’re on a waitlist or need to move a reservation, contact the restaurant directly.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to be listed?

No. Listing is free, and placement can't be bought. TablesReady, which runs this site, is the only company with ad spots, and they're labeled.

I make a waitlist app. Can I write my own description?

No. Descriptions, pros and cons are written from your website, help docs, pricing page and public data. If something on your app's page is wrong, send the correction with a source and it will be checked.

How long does a correction take?

Corrections that check out against the source go live with the next monthly update, and the app page's "Last checked" date moves with them.
