SevenRooms is a large platform where reservations, the waitlist and guest data share one database. At the host stand, walk-ins can join a virtual waitlist by scanning a QR code or through Google, so you are not writing names on a clipboard during the Friday rush. Guests get SMS updates and can wait nearby rather than crowding the host stand, and the product page describes two-way texting during the visit. The page also describes quoting wait times to walk-ins.
Reservations come in from your own channels, Google, social platforms and other booking sites. A table management tool shows how shifts and turns are running. Surveys go out after dining, and the booking widget accepts fourteen languages.
For your POS, the integrations page names Toast, Square for Restaurants, Lightspeed, MICROS Simphony, NCR Aloha, Revel and SpotOn, and the API is sold as an add-on. A Square marketplace listing exists.
