Guests can book a table or join the waitlist from your Yelp page, Google Search and Apple Maps, so a Friday walk-in can hold a place from the parking lot. The waitlist estimates waits with machine learning, and guests get a text when their table is almost ready. They can text back, and your host can reply. A table plan with guaranteed seating areas keeps reservations and walk-ins on one screen. An optional kiosk lets guests check in at the door.
