With Bzz, a guest scans a QR code or taps an NFC tag at the door, joins the queue in their phone’s browser and sees their place in line. There is no app to download and nothing to install on your side beyond opening the site on a tablet or phone.

When the table is ready, the guest’s browser shows a notification and the phone vibrates. Bzz does not send texts. That means no per-text charges, but it also means alerts reach guests through the browser, not their texts. Two-way chat with the guest also runs in the browser.
